Have you spent hours and hours planning your dream wedding but happen to be getting married on that special day?

Managing a wedding while being the centre of attention can be tough, sometimes even impossible. On-the-day coordination is designed to make sure all of your hard work pays off. Problems and stress will be directed to a friendly professional whose sole purpose is to make sure your day runs smoothly and all your hard work pays off.

What To Expect:

​

 

6 Weeks Prior 

A meeting 6 weeks prior to your wedding date to discuss all wedding details. This will include a visit to your venue to ensure I have a plan of the layout.

5 Weeks Prior

Supplier liaison post meeting to confirm all requirements, logistics and contractual obligations relieving you of constant questions. I will liaise with you when decisions need to be made or changes are required.

​

 

 

 

 

2 Weeks Prior

A detailed time schedule will be created and circulated to all suppliers, giving you the peace of mind that every party involved is aware of their role and how the day will progress.

Set Up & On the Day

Presence the day before to make sure all set up is going to plan.

Overseeing the morning-of set up.

10 hours on-the-day coordination allowing you to be present in the moment.
